This is only the case. You need IOUSB MINI and JAMMA adapter (also de10 nano with SDRAM) to complete the setup. The kit includes:

IOUSB MINI and JAMMA specificatons:

• 112dB SNR audio DAC (PCM5122)
• RGB888 video DAC
• USB hub with 6 ports
• DB9 joystick port, protected for SNAC
• 60W audio amplifier (TDA7377)
• Based on Atmega32u4 chip. 2 player with with low lag (0.74ms)
• Video amplifier. Now the RGB signal has TTL levels based on THS7374 IC
• The power is through the JAMMA connector
• Before assembly take account SW[0] switch. For working I2S sound you need to move the SW[0] switch to up. SW[0] is a switch on the de10 nano
